    Seated DB hammer curls (1x10, 1x7) 2x8, 1x12, rp 1x8/5
    1 arm DB preacher curls 2x9, 1x11
    Ezbar cable curls narrow 1x12, 1x10, 1x12, 1x10
    Rope cable curls dropsets 1x7/7, 1x12/10

    Smith incline2 press 2x12, 1x10, 1x9, 1x7
    Standing cable crossovers high 1x20, ds 1x15/15
    Weighted Dips dropsets 1x8/8, 1x12/12
    Pec Dec 1x20, 1x10

    Time for some food and football with family & friends.

    The doctor scheduled surgery right away, however my insurance wants me to jump through some hoops. Anyway surgery is necessary (which we knew) and will be scheduled as soon as it can.
