    What's the Holiday Cycle Plans

    Just curious what everyone's plans are for the holiday's, training, and cycles? I have to live vicariously through everyone else since I'm recovering from bicep tendon surgery.

    I just gonna keep training hard and due to Covid I am holding off on any gear use as gyms may well lock down again any time.

    Just 30mg test a day till april.. then a simple 10-12wk'r.. but no crazy doses - don't want it to affect my cardio.

    Just cruising. Been doing 250mg Test Cyp every 4 days. Slightly bigger cruise than normal, but I kinda like it. I’ve all ready heard of some places threatening to shut gyms down again. No since in wasting good gear!

    They just cut gym capacity down to 25 people in maryland, which means if you're not going between 1am and 5am you're probably not gonna get in

    No sir, I just manage that pain accordingly. Doc told me that one isn't really worth fixing if I plan on continuing to lift. Honestly after this repair and the long recovery ahead I'll be lifting much differently moving forward.

    I agree that in many places things are already shutting down, so why waste the cycle?

    I think I remember you going through surgery for something else but take post op, physical therapy very seriously. Listen to what they recommend and do your pt exercises. You'll be happy you did.

    When I had shoulder surgery years ago, I followed all orders and it was the best thing I did. I recovered so well with no real problems moving forward. My doc was saying most failed surgeries are due to not following protocol. Last thing anyone wants to do is go back and get surgically repaired all over again.

    Last year was a hernia so it's been a rough 2 years for injuries!! I had this last one 6 weeks ago and I'm looking at another 6 weeks before I get to actually use my arm again. It'll be spring before I can start lifting with it again.

    Muscle memory brotha!! It will come back. A small dose of Primo and Gh would do wonders!!

    First time using ment do I need to take it solo to see sides.
    Then after couple weeks add npp or tren ace

    Ohhh I hate that and now my state has a mandatory mask order which now means I have to wear a mask at all times even while actively working out. Hard to breathe heavy thru a mask when lifting heavy.
