    LEGS

    Squats-- 4 sets 15

    Front Squats-- 3 sets of 12

    Super set:

    Leg Ext-- 4 sets of 15
    Leg Curls-- 4 sets of 15

    Seated Calf Raises-- 3 sets of 30

    Tonight was CHEST DEMOLITION!!!!!

    Super Set:

    Low Incline Bench Press-- 4 sets of 15
    Push Ups-- 4 sets of 40

    45 Degree Incline Dumb Press to Flyes-- 4 sets of 20

    Decline Bench Press-- 3 sets of 15
