    Super Set:

    DeadLifts-- 5 sets of 12
    Seated Rows-- 5 sets of 15

    Lat Pullfowns-- 4 sets of 15
    T-Bar Rows-- 4 sets of 10

    Rolling Shrugs-- 3 setsof 20

    Stiff Arm Pull Downs-- 3 sets of 10
