    Yes sir.Had the last 2 days off from the Iron due to family stuff but had to kill it today.Felt like shit skipping the workouts and my butt was dragging today but I made myself get right to it and it was an awesome session.

    Added a couple new exercises to this workout in addition to my regular ones.
