    Old Dog trying to stay young.

    Now im not a mass monster like many here so dont rip me too hard.Lol.Just a 53yr old Dad that still works 6 days a week,60-70hrs, plus makes time.for family trips and outdoor activities and still finding time to hit the gym.

    Goals now at my age are not getting bigger.Only staying healthy and fit where im able to stay active and still outlift and outlast my sons of 20 and 21.Bwahaha.

    This was after a workout and ready to go out with the wife.
